Very nice campground. Beautiful sites, very spacious, very well taken care of. We were in site 383 (the best site in my opinion). Although you do have to pay for any activities that you want to do, just staying around the campground is plenty of fun. Nice pools, good bike riding, fishing, boating, and much more. One of my favorite campgrounds! We camped with 2 young children and a dog.

The campground itself is ok, kind of run down and it seems there were more permanent guests than I prefer, but if you like to go to the springs you will not find a better place to camp. With just a short boat ride you will be enjoying yourself and swimming at the springs with the manatees. This campground has a lot of potential if it were to be cleaned up. We camped with 2 small children and a dog.
